Καταγγελία της ΑΝΤΑΡΣΥΑ για τη δίκη

Η ΑΝΤΑΡΣΥΑ καταγγέλλει την πρωτοφανή απόφαση του εισαγγελέα να παραπέμψει σε δίκη το σύντροφο Σάββα Μιχαήλ, γραμματέα του ΕΕΚ, αλλά και τον τέως Πρύτανη του ΕΜΠ Κ. Μουτζούρη ύστερα από μηνύσεις της νεοναζιστικής Χρυσής Αυγής.

Αποτελεί τεράστια αντιδημοκρατική και αυταρχική πρόκληση το γεγονός ότι ο εισαγγελέας αντί να βάλει αμέσως στο αρχείο την υπόθεση έφτασε στο σημείο να ασκήσει δίωξη και να έχουμε παραπομπή σε δίκη. Δείχνει αυτό ότι στο πλαίσιο της γενικότερης αυταρχική στροφής τμήματα του κρατικού μηχανισμού κάνουν ανοιχτά τις πλάτες στη Χρυσή Αυγή. Άλλωστε, το μήνυμα το έχει δώσει η ίδια η τρικομματική κυβέρνηση που έχει σπεύσει να υιοθετήσει κρίσιμες πλευρές της ρατσιστικής αντιμεταναστευτικής και αυταρχικής ρητορική και πολιτική της Χρυσής Αυγής.

Εμείς δεν πρόκειται ούτε να σιωπήσουμε ούτε να σταματήσουμε να αγωνιζόμαστε ενάντια στη Χρυσή Αυγή, αυτή τη ναζιστική συμμορία που ευθύνεται για πλήθος βιαιοπραγίες, ακόμη και για δολοφονικές επιθέσεις. Με ένα μεγάλο μαζικό ενωτικό κίνημα ενάντια στο ρατσισμό και το φασισμό, με κοινή πάλη ελλήνων και μεταναστών θα διώξουμε τους φασίστες από κάθε γειτονιά.

 Απαιτούμε να σταματήσουν τώρα οι διώξεις και οι παραπομπές σε δίκη.

Mάριος Mπέζγος, κοσμήτορας της Θεολογικής Σχολής Aθηνών για τη δίκη του Σάββα Mιχαήλ: Καταδικάζω την αντισημιτική δυσωδία

O κοσμήτορας της Θεολογικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Aθηνών Mάριος Mπέζγος με μήνυμά του εκφράζει την αλληλεγγύη του στο διωκόμενο από τους ναζιστές της Xρυσής Aυγής Σάββα Mιχαήλ. Στο μήνυμά του αναφέρει:

« Φίλτατε Σάββα,

συμπαρίσταμαι στα πάθη σου που είναι άλλωστε κοινά μας πάθη, απλώς εσύ έχεις το "προνόμιο" να τα υφίστασαι ενωρίς και εμφανώς, ενώ εμείς οι άλλοι θα τα υποστούμε αργότερα και με αλλιώτικους ίσως τρόπους. Σε κάθε περίπτωση και με την ιδιότητά μου ως Κοσμήτορας της Θεολογικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών δηλώνω τα εξής: 

"Απερίφραστα καταδικάζω κάθε αναρρίπηση οποιουδήποτε ολοκληρωτισμού στον τόπο μας σήμερα και ιδίως του λεγομένου "φαιού" ολοκληρωτισμού χιτλερικής προέλευσης, αντισημιτικής δυσωδίας και ρατσιστικής χροιάς. Με αφορμή την δίωξη του Σάββα Μιχαήλ Μάτσα για τις αντιρατσιστικές απόψεις του δηλώνω αλληλέγγυος σε αυτόν, όχι μόνο προσωπικά και φιλικά, αλλά και κοσμοθεωρητικά και φιλοσοφικά. Πιστεύω ότι ο αντισημιτισμός είναι αντιχριστιανισμός και ως συνειδητός θεολόγος με την πανεπιστημιακή ιδιότητα και την ακαδημαϊκή ευθύνη μου δηλώνω την πλήρη αντίθεσή μου στον αντισημιτισμό, ακριβώς επειδή υπερασπίζομαι τον χριστιανισμό, την εκκλησία και την Ορθοδοξία. Εύχομαι και ελπίζω στην πλήρη και σύντομη δικαίωση του Σάββα Μιχαήλ Μάτσα καθώς επίσης στην εξάλειψη του αντιχριστιανικού - αντισημιτικού εξαμβλώματος από οποιονδήποτε κι αν εκπροσωπείται, οπουδήποτε και οποτεδήποτε.

A significant blow to the Obama administration’s plans to assemble a coalition to back armed intervention came yesterday with Britain’s parliament voting against supporting an international response to the chemical weapons strike, the latest atrocity in what began as the Syrian Arab Spring, was then met by horrific resistance from the Bashar Al Assad regime and has descended into Civil War with rebels representing democratic as well as al-Qaeda type Islamic forces.  The US blames the Al-Assad government for the chemical weapons attack but no one yet knows who is responsible. There is, however, widespread opposition to US armed intervention and widespread agreement that the US strikes will be a disaster, dashing hopes for a democratic outcome in Syria.

To EEK καλεί το εργατικό, αριστερό και επαναστατικό κίνημα σε μαζική παρουσία στη δίκη που γίνεται την Tρίτη 3 Σεπτεμβρίου (στην Eυελπίδων, κτήριο 9, αίθουσα 7, αριθ. πινακίου 2) με κατηγορούμενους τον σ. Σάββα Mιχαήλ, γραμματέα του EEK και τον πρώην πρύτανη του EMΠ κ. Kων/νο Mουτζούρη.

H απόπειρα ποινικοποίησης του αντιφασιστικού λόγου και της αντιφασιστικής δράσης δεν πρέπει να περάσει. H συνδυασμένη επίθεση του διαπλεκόμενου κρατικού δικαστικού-κατασταλτικού μηχανισμού με την παρακρατική φασιστική συμμορία πρέπει να αποκρουστεί από όλο το εργατικό και λαϊκό κίνημα με ενιαιομετωπική αποφασιστική δράση.

Ο Μιχαήλ στοχοποιείται επειδή είναι αριστερός και επειδή είναι Εβραίος και λανθασμένα κατηγορείται για «συκοφαντική δυσφήμιση» ενάντια στη Χρυσή Αυγή επειδή στο τεύχος της εφημερίδας του κόμματος Νέα Προοπτική τον Μάιο του 2009 τους χαρακτήρισε ως μία ναζιστική οργάνωση η οποία υποκινεί ρατσιστικές επιθέσεις ενάντια σε μετανάστες. Επίσης, κατηγορείται για «διατάραξη της κοινής ειρήνης» και «διέγερση σε βιαιοπραγίες και αμοιβαία διχόνοια». Ο Κωνσταντίνος Μουτζούρης κατηγορείται επειδή επέτρεπε στον ανεξάρτητο ιστότοπο ενημέρωσης Indymedia να χρησιμοποιεί τους διακομιστές του πανεπιστημίου.

The capitalist crisis clearly shows the true character of *bourgeoi**s*democracy. That a neo nazi organization as Golden Down, put to attack immigrants in the streets of Athens and other Greek cities, is the accuser in a trial against leaders of the left, in this case the most important leader of the trotskist EEK, and that the Greek court goes ahead with this trial proves that not even spoils of democracy are left at the time of putting all the weight of the *bourgeoi**s* apparatus to the service of the international creditors represented by the Troika of the IMF, the ECB and the imperialist EU. Then, it's not about denouncing fascism as the enemy of democracy, but of fighting *bourgeoi**s* democracy as the form, every time more bonapartist, of the State as the instrument of the capitalist class to make our class pay the crisis.

Again, brassily and insolently, neo-Nazism raises a head in Greece – in the country celebrated for its heroic struggle against Italian and German fascism in the years of Second World War. The suit of Neo-Nazi Party Golden Dawn against EEK leader Savas Michail-Matsas and Professor Konstantinos Moutzuris, former dean of Athens Polytechnic University is a hard confirmation of this observation.

This suit with the accusations EEK, comrades Matsas and Moutzuris in the “instigation to the violence”, in the “disturbance of civil peace” is the example of hypocritical demagogue going out from party usual slogans of which are: “foreigners – go home!” and “Greece – for Greeks!”, from the party leader of which Nikolaos Mikaloliakos had already the conviction for bomb heaving in cinema-theatres demonstrated a left regisseuers’ films. And other leadership members of Golden Dawn were been also convicted for penal offences. And Greek court takes this suit against the internationalists, against the defenders of all Greek working people interests. Really, Greece is running mad (?!)

I’m protesting against persecution the anti-fascists Savas Matsas and Konstantinos Moutzuris, the fighters against budget cuts and measures of hard austerity, against mass poverty and unemployment, against the source of these problems that there are in the System itself. Coming trial – even it will be performed into not true, shameful judicatory over Matsas and Moutzuris – will be undoubtedly the political victory of these Greek left movement outstanding representatives over dark neo-fascist forces.

Je suis en train de lire votre mise en accusation par un tribunal de votre pays qui se fait le complice des fascistes d'aube dorée ...Je suis profondément choqué de ce qui se passe dans votre pays, choqué aussi de l'absence de réaction des gouvernements européens, en particulier du gouvernement français qui ose encore se dire socialiste.

Je suis et resterais au coté de tous ceux qui luttent pour que nous n'ayons pas à revivre à nouveau le pis de l'histoire.

Στις 3 Σεπτεμβρίου, στην Αθήνα θα δικαστεί ο γραμματέας του ΕΕΚ Σάββας Μιχαήλ και

ο πρώην πρύτανης του ΕΜΠ Κ.Μουντζούρης για αντιφασιστική προπαγάνδα.

Οι ναζιστές – απ' το πρόσφατα εκλεγέν στο ελληνικό κοινοβούλιο με ποσοστό 7% και 18 βουλευτές -κόμμα της Χρυσής Αυγής, στράφηκαν ενάντια σε αριστερές πολιτικές οργανώσεις και προσωπικότητες με την κατηγορία της ''αντικοινωνικής δραστηριότητας''.

Je tiens à vous signifiez mon plein soutien car je considère qu'il est du devoir de tout citoyen attaché aux valeurs démocratiques de dénoncer et de lutter contre toute dérive fasciste.

Ici, en France, comme dans votre pays, la Grèce, et comme dans toute l'Europe, la bête immonde s'est réveillée et parfois est parvenue aux responsabilités. Nous ne devons cependant jamais oublier l'histoire atroce dans laquelle les mouvements fascistes européens plongent leurs racines et la haine qu'ils charrient. j'ai appris que vous étiez mis en accusation par le parti "Aube Dorée", dont les références nazies sont affirmées non seulement dans les discours mais dans les actes.
 

Je pense que les citoyennes et citoyens européens ne doivent pas accepter ce procès et doivent dire : moi aussi, je lutterai contre le fascisme qui hélas progresse dans nos pays.
 

De plus, en tant qu'élus dans un pays démocratique, nous avons la responsabilité et le devoir sacré de nous élever contre des agissements qui détruisent nos sociétés. Par un courriel de Monsieur Raoul Marc JENNAR, j'apprends que l'on vous fait grief et vous assigne à comparution devant un tribunal, pour avoir exprimé votre opinion à l'encontre d'un parti politique. Voilà une belle conception de la liberté, dans un pays qui nous a donné les bases de notre civilisation.

Il semble qu'après plus de six décennies l'histoire se répète et que les peuples oublient jusqu'à dans leurs lois, les enseignements du passé. S'il est légitime que des citoyens expriment des opinions et
agissent avec des méthodes, pour le moins douteuse et répréhensible au regard de la loi, tout citoyen doit avoir le droit et la liberté de dénoncer ces agissements et pamphlets, lorsqu'ils prennent pour cible la dignité de la race humaine.

Je suis navré que dans votre pays, le seul fait d'exprimer son opinion et de vouloir s'opposer à de tels agissements enfreigne la loi ! Faire de vous un prévenu dans des circonstances, que je qualifierais de
courtelinesque, n’est pas raisonnable.

En espérant que la raison n'a pas quitté l'esprit de vos tribunaux, je vous prie Monsieur Matsa SAVVAS, d'accepter l'expression de toute ma sympathie, dans ces circonstances pénibles.

Η προκλητική δίωξη του γραμματέα του ΕΕΚ Σάββα Μιχαήλ, μετά από μήνυση ναζιστών της Χρυσής Αυγής, για μια πολιτική αντιφασιστική προκήρυξη της οργάνωσής του, αποτελεί καινοφανή απόπειρα ποινικοποίησης του αντιφασιστικού λόγου και “προληπτικής καταστολής” της αντιφασιστικής δράσης.

 

Μετά τις καταλήψεις, τις διαδηλώσεις, τις απεργίες, η “δημοκρατία” βάζει τώρα στο στόχαστρο και την ίδια τη διατύπωση και διακίνηση των ιδεών, επιχειρώντας να λογοκρίνει ακόμη και πολιτικές ανακοινώσεις και να θέσει εκτός νόμου τον αντιφασιστικό λόγο.

Au nom du pluralisme d'opinion, de la liberté d'expression, ainsi que_de concepts acquis par un esprit civilisé_, je les comprends tout à fait et j'en suis solidaire.

Moi-même, j'avoue avoir quelques préoccupations (et ire et mépris) sur les dérives de société, actuelles, dans notre "vieille Europe", qui découlent des diktats de la loi marchande pour résumer... On s'aperçoit que ceux qui ont un "petit quelque chose" à perdre sont aussi les plus virulents pour revenir en arrière... C'est partout pareil !

Il faut dire haut et fort que le fascisme, national socialisme et autres ruines de l'âme, sont des idéologies abjectes qui doivent rester à leur place : c'est à dire dans les poubelles de l'Histoire ! Mais on oublie vite quand on n'a pas de réflexion, surtout dans l'ignorance, et il ne faudrait pas croire que nous soyons, en France ou en Italie par exemple, très éloignés de ce qui se passe chez vous en Grèce. Il n'en faudrait même pas beaucoup plus pour voir ressurgir certains monstres du passé ; tant les peuples sont déboussolés, pris dans les difficultés économiques qui servent des desseins de domination anachronique...

Oui ! assez de compromissions et de lâcheté avec ces nazillons qui osent tout ! Mais les paroles servent peu avec eux, ils ne respectent que la loi du plus fort, et ils sont pour la plupart (hormis quelques paumés qui les suivent) des Anders Behring Breivik en puissance... (le tueur
fou d'Oslo).

Evidemment, compte tenu de ce que je viens d'exprimer, je ferai circuler l'info concernant les grotesques poursuites dont vous êtes l'objet.

I have heard of your trial on september 3rd. I've read something you wrote about situation in Greece and I cannot imagine how it may be considered a crime.
 

It is a shame on Greece, the European Community and the international community that fighting fascism through words and protests in the streets results in a criminal indictment.
 

I may only wish that a people that succeeded in his fight against the military junta will succeed also in overthrowing the new fascism that is experimenting its strength in Greece just a first step to extend to
whole Europe.

Solidarity Statement of Prague Spring Two Network

We are expressing our solidarity with the leader of the Greek Trotskyistgroup EEK, Savas Michael-Matsas, and with the former rector of the NationalTechnical University of Athens, Konstantinos Moutzouris, both of whom areto stand trial in Athens on 3rd September 2013. S. Michael-Matsas is accused of defamation against the Nazi party Golden Dawn and "incitement toviolence" on the basis of his and his party's anti-fascist publications,and K. Moutzouris is accused of allowing the Athens Indymedia news portalto be run from the university campus. This is a part of a wider campaign being waged by the Greek Nazis to sue their political enemies. The Greekfascists choose the legal path to provide a basis for state attacks againstthe left. But these „legal” means are always combined with illegal physicalattacks against left-wing activists and immigrant communities as well as Jewish synagogues and cemeteries.

Solidarity statement from Leningrad

"Golden Dawn", a Nazi party, initiated a court action against a leader of the Workers' Revolutionary Party (EEK), Savas Michael-Matsas, accusing him of "defamation", "incitement to violence" and "disturbing the civil peace" for EEK publications that called to "smash fascism" and to stand up to the Nazi pogrom-makers and gangsters who terrorize migrants and Left militants.

Greek authorities took up the lawsuit filed by representatives of the party organizing and protecting this Nazi violence, and on September 3, the trial regarding this lawsuit is to be held.

Along with Savas Michae-Matsas, a former rector of the National Technical University of Athens, Konstantinos Moutzouris, is to come up for trial, accused by the Nazis of allowing the independent Left news portal Indymedia to be run using the university's servers.

This is an evident attempt by Nazis, with a support from governmental authorities, to persecute and intimidate Left and anti-fascist militants, combined with an attack against independent news and information sources in Internet and against the autonomy of universities. It doesn't look as an accident when Greece is in a grave social and economic crisis lasting already several years, and the policy of the government, acting in the interests of big capital, runs against mass protests in which Left organizations play a key role.

We demand to stop the prosecution of Savas Michael-Matsas and Konstantinos Moutzouris.

We support the anti-capitalist and anti-fascist struggle waged by the Greek comrades.

I’ve signed the “Resolution of Solidarity” petition now circulating, but let me add my own words, which you may use or not as you see fit:

As an American philosopher, I am astonished and appalled that the Greek government should bring charges against an esteemed colleague, Savvas Michael-Matsas, for publishing a leaflet that expresses a considered moral-political judgment.  It is hard to believe that such a development could occur in the very city that hosted the World Congress of Philosophy, which I attended this month, a congress at which many participants expressed controversial views, as is to be expected in a profession long committed to principles of free speech and free association.

I am certain that virtually every philosopher attending the congress (and every other academic that I know) would join with me in calling that all charges against him—and against Konstantinos Moutzouris, the former rector of National Technical University of Athens—be dropped. Bringing these men to trial will do nothing but massively tarnish the image of your beautiful country.

Cher ami,

Je suis au courant des procédures juridiques grâce auxquelles une sorte de complicité rampante entre l'Etat grec et l'Aube dorée essaie de te faire taire, voire pire.

Décidément, la Grèce devient peu à peu le laboratoire européen des méthodes répressives les plus classiquement employées dans les années trente, et, dans ton propre pays, largement utilisées à l'époque des Colonels.

Je souhaite qu'une large mobilisation trans-nationale fasse savoir à cette occasion, d'abord l'estime et l'admiration que nous avons pour toi, ensuite que nous ne saurions tolérer que la critique du néo-nazisme et de la politique de faiblesse, pour ne pas dire plus, des autorités au regard de ce funeste courant, devienne, contre toute logique, un délit passible des tribunaux.

En ce qui me concerne, j'affirme que s'il faut désigner des coupables de vilenies politiques graves, c'est du côté de l'Aube dorée qu'il faut les chercher, et s'il faut féliciter des gens pour leur lucidité et leur courage, c'est de ton côté qu'il faut regarder.

En particulier en tant que contributeur au numéro de "Lignes" 39 sur la Grèce néo-libérale, je tiens à vous exprimer le sentiment de ma pleine solidarité  à l'égard de la campagne de dénigrement et de diffamation dont vous êtes l'objet à la veille d'un procès politique qui d'emblée démontre les collusions incessantes entre Aube Dorée et le pouvoir appuyé par la "troïka".Avec l'expression de mon cordial soutien.
